Strong communities are built on strong organizations.
What are 990s?
A Form 990 is an annual federal tax filing required of nonprofit organizations. It provides a transparent, public record of an organization’s finances, governance, and mission-driven activities. Funds entrusted to the Community Foundation are audited annually and investment managers are required to submit to periodic performance reviews by the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. Reviewing our 990s is one way we invite donors, partners, and community members to see how we steward the resources entrusted to us.
