Established for maintenace of a memorial site created as a tribute to Champaign police officers and firefighters who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. The memorial currently honors three police officers and one firefighter; Officer Thomas Dodsworth (7/6/1913), Officer Robert Tatman (11/25/1967), Officer Chris Oberheim (5/19/2021) and Fireman Edward Hoffman (3/5/1960).
