About the Panelists:
Genevieve Kirk is the Center for Nonprofit Excellence Director at the Community Foundation of East Central Illinois. With 20 years of professional experience in the nonprofit and public sectors, her goal is to build, nurture and promote a strong community through effective nonprofit management. She is an adjunct instructor in the School of Social Work at the University of Illinois, where she teaches courses in Social Entrepreneurship and Social Change, and Nonprofit Sector and Society.
Jenette Jurczyk is the President of The Family Room, a nonprofit that provides comfort and joy to children in transitional or temporary home situations by providing care packs, clean clothing, and other necessities.
Mark Pelmore is the CEO, President, and Founding Member of Business Elevator, a nonprofit organization working to build inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems. After a career as a Military Training Coordinator and 15-years in corporate America, Mark pursued entrepreneurship into the ecosystem building industry, focusing on training, entrepreneurship, and community building to help others grow.
